Rental Process Description
After you pick apartment you like (send us email with either actual private listing number of apartment you like or choose apartment number from Mala Hora website), we will provide you with all rental conditions and pictures. If you're present in Martin we will organize a viewing. Once you confirm us that your choice is final, we will provide you Rental agreement draft and answer all you questions related to it. Tailor the rental start date to your preference, deliver you final Rental agreement and arrange signing by all parties. Next we will provide you information about the move in procedure and make sure everything is ready for your arrival. Finally deliver you keys and instructions how to use the apartment and its appliances. Voila, now you can enjoy your new apartment.
